The orchestra is firmly of the opinion that in order to raise standards
it is essential to regularly perform in public. . The aim is to perform
at least three times per annum.
The following is a critique by independent observers of the concert held in June 2010.
“A superb selection of musical items beautifully performed”

Steady improvement in "attack" when starting items.
"Balance much improved with fuller string tone".
“The wind quartet executed its piece perfectly – heads were bobbing and feet tapping"
"Prize for the evening would be the Burt Bacharach Medley.A difficult work to perform but the orchestra made it sound easy"
The next concert will take place on Saturday December 11th, 2010 at the St Mildred's Church Centre
The Theme will be " Seasonal Music"
The programme will consist of light classics plus items of a seasonal nature
